This Privacy Statement was last updated in May 2018 to reflect changes in data protection laws, specifically the GDPR. 1.1 BearingPoint operates a ticket request system (in the following referred to as “system”) located in Graz, Austria and provides access to this system to BearingPoint employees as well as clients having a valid enterprise agreement with BearingPoint.
1.2 For purpose of the correct and efficient processing of client requests BearingPoint Technology collects the following personal information of employees and clients with a valid user account in the ticket system:
1.3 You (as a user) have to accept this privacy policy within the creation process of your system
account or ultimately at your
first login to the system, before you are able to use the system.
If you do not accept this privacy
policy, you are not eligible to
access the system.
1.4 Any personal information will be deleted no later than 2 years after termination of a Client’s contractual relationship. Nevertheless you may request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
2.1 When you visit our system, we collect information automatically about those visits.
2.2 In particular, your browser automatically sends us certain Internet-related information, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using.
2.3 We also collect information through the use of cookies only to align the session of your browser to your system user.
